| Address Block |
The address block of a letter should be below the return address and atleast 1/2" from every edge. The top of the address should not be more than 2-3/4" from the bottom edge of the letter. There should also be a minimum of 1/8" between the edge of the address block and any other printing.

| Ancillary Service Endorsements |
The USPS requires mailers who take advantage of postal discounts on First-Class mail to use one of these services to meet the move update requirements. The services are as follows:

| Inscriptions |
The USPS reguires discounted mail to be marked indicating what type of rate is applied. This marking is refered to as an inscription.
- First-Class mail - The inscription should read "Presorted First-Class".
- Standard Mail - The Inscription should read "Presorted Standard".
- Non-Profit Standard Mail - The inscription should read "Non-Profit Organization"

| Piece Minimums |
- First-Class Mail - The USPS requires a minimum of 500 pieces for discounted mailings and a minimum of 200 pieces for full postage if paid by a permit.
- Standard or Non-Profit Standard Mail - The USPS requires a minimum of 200 letters for both of these. For Flat sized mailings 125 pieces or 15 pounds is required.

- First-Class Mail - The USPS requires a return address on First-Class mail that is entered at a discounted rate. This enables the USPS to rovide the sender with the recipients updated address.
- Standard Mail - No return address is required but may be present.
- Non-Profit Standard Mail - The return address must match the permit holder.
